Puppy Up!

  |     |   Neighborhood, Pet of the Month

The Puppy Up Foundation of Nashville is hosting a Puppy Walk on Sunday, May 5th, 2019.
Located at:

Global K9 Protection Services Property

1836 Old Natchez Trace
Franklin, TN 37069

What is Puppy Up? It all began with a man who walked from town to town sharing his pets tragic story while educating people about cancer in dogs. As word spread, they built a nationwide movement. “Mr. Robinson had a vision: 2,000,000 dogs walking simultaneously all across the United States for cancer. If 2 dogs could walk over 2,000 miles surely it was possible!” Join in on the festivities and sign up to volunteer here.

You do not need to have a pup to join in on this wonderful event. Come out to Franklin to enjoy the historic main street, live music after the walk and most importantly, an abundance of cute furry faces.

We are a little biased when it comes to cute pups, but our May Pet of the Month has stolen our hearts! Bo is a German Shepard who was adopted from the Middle TN German Sheperd Rescue Center and loves his home here at Aertson Midtown. It’s Bo’s first time living in a high-rise apartment home and he is very persistent on alerting his parents every time a plane flies by. When he’s not sitting out here watching airplanes, Bo enjoys climbing trees around Scarritt Bennett and chasing squirrels.
